Is this a boxy/oversized fit? Could you tell me the chest width pit to pit?

hi! i wouldn't call it oversized for a small, but it it definitely fits big in appearance :). chest across is 22 inches! (also 22.5 inches top to bottom; and arms are 53 inches across)
