Spotted dress

Great condition, worn twice for events. it's a unique style that photographs very well. V-neck wrap with optional self tie on waist. I had it tied on the side when I wore it. Flattering style dress on someone (like me) with small hips as it gives you great shape! I wouldn't be selling this if I could still fit into it :(
