The floral and stripe combination reminds me of many top designers (I was surprised to find that this is an Old Navy item) - flat measurements (approx.) include: waist is 17 1/2" and length is 20 1/4". Condition: very good condition. Upon close examination, I found a few small pulls (refer to last photos) and a small stain. Price reflects these imperfections.
