Waist and hips please?

@esrac it’s a true size 6. I just took out a measuring tape and with the skirt laying flat, the waist (which sits just below my bellybutton) measures 15 inches and the length 25 inches. I’m a size 4 though which is why I’m selling this skirt. I can usually get away with wearing a size 6 because I am tall. But since this material (which is beautiful) has a stretch to it, I can’t. It’s in perfect condition and I bought it from a St John seller “like new” (she bought it retail for 1,400)
