St. John Wool Blend Emma Dress Pants

Great used condition St. John dress pants. Colour is tan. Side zip, ankle slit detail. Size is 16. These do have a longer length with inseam of 32". Please compare measurements in pics to ensure proper fit. 67% wool. A little bit of pulling noted on the waistband (see pics), but quite minimal and not very noticeable. Otherwise in beautiful condition.
