Condition 🌾 Excellent condition, with the exception of one flower, which has a chipped petal and the tip of the leaf (visible in the last photo). Against the general background, this is noticeable only upon careful examination. Description 🌾 A magnificent figurine made of white bone china, made at the legendary The Crown Staffordshire Porcelain Co., England. The figurine depicts a pair of pheasants in a clearing with detailed flowers. The design and modeling of the figurine belongs to J.T. Jones. Information from the Internet: "The Art Director at Crown Staffordshire for over thirty years was J T (Jack) Jones. Born in 1898 Jack Jones joined Crown Staffordshire at the age of thirteen and worked for the company for forty-seven years. At the time of his death he was described as one of the leading designers of bone china table ware, but today he is probably known best for the range of bird groups that he designed for Crown Staffordshire."
