Stained Glass Lolita Skirt

Beautiful lolita skirt with a stained glass pattern! Lovely white lace on the bottom, looks even better with a petticoat! Check my closet, I have a matching headdress listed! Waist measures 13 inches flat, but there is a stretchy panel in the back. Zipper for easy closure. Only worn once!
