I bought this for neck injury I had. I no longer need it. The cover is completely removable for easy cleansing and disinfecting before you use. I was custom measured for this pillow at my chiropractor. I fit the Green size. For clarity I am 5’7” about 145 lbs. Comes with original travel bag.
