Starry Night Sparkle Maxi 2000’s Dress!

One of my favourite dresses ever, unfortunately doesn’t fit my chest well (if you’re under a dd, you should be fine). Fits a small-medium or a 4-8 and it is pretty stretchy. It has a small slit in the leg and a low scoop back. Very 2000’s and y2k.
