gabrieldangi Hi HamnaHabib, I was wondering if you made this beautiful piece of clay art yourself or you got it somewhere? Also, you mentioned that it was "not glazed". Does that mean that it was cold painted? Thank you for considering my questions. All the best, Gabriel

hamnahabib @gabrieldangi Hey, I made it myself. And it was just painted and fired. It does not have the glossy layer on top.

gabrieldangi @hamnahabib So you painted first and fired or fired first and painted cold? In other words: is the paint prone to coming off without the glaze?

gabrieldangi @hamnahabib Oh, I see: then we don't have to worry about the paint coming off when people handle it, because I bet my friends and guests would all want to pick it ul if I put it out on the mantle... Glazing is mire like an artistic question if I wanted it to shine. One more question: does it stand on a flat surface or it needs a holder like a wide plate holder?

gabrieldangi I am sorry! I didn't mean to put you in the corner with my questions. I don't really care which one you did first. The only reason I am asking this because cold painting after firing seems to rub off easily.... And I want to buy this hoping it lasts for a long time as it as with your masterful coloring. I might be worrying about something that's not sn issue at all... What do you think?
