accentricity Hi - a question about these; you describe them as "rhinestones" but I see various colors of matte-finish beads. Also, do you have the measurements from the earlobe (or where the stick enters the hole in the ear) to the bottom? They're gorgeous, might be too HUGE for me. Thanks, Elaina
