Statement Hat Ready to Holiday🎶

Gorgeous cranberry red 100% wool felt hat with 100% silk/cotton blend wide black velvet sash band. A bespoke piece ordered for me as a gift several years ago to go with a vintage black cape which will be offered up in the closet soon. Handmade in Toronto by Vesna Hats. Floppy felt flower with black tulle and plumes. Inner band is 23.5” but would fit 1”- 1.5” either smaller or larger. Like new. Worn twice.
