Statement Pendant Collar Necklace Choker Brass

Striking looking collar choker necklace with statement pendant. It appears to be artisan handcrafted although there are no markings. I am not sure what the center of the pendant is made of. Looks like it is covered with clear resin as I can see where a bubble is broken on the surface. Good used condition. On the pendant near the bottom there is a resin bubble that burst.
