Beautiful tri color dress. Perfect for vacation. Cute frill sleeves, beautifully made with high quality coton. Didn’t end up wearing as it was just slightly too big, I have a very small chest. Would look amazing on someone who could fill it out a bit more. Could fit a small to medium, as it is stretchy both in the sleeves and the top. Extremely comfortable and cute.
