The label stitching has slightly come started to come off on the lower left corner (picture 5). Otherwise upon inspection, there does not seem to be any other holes, rips or stains. On picture 5 there may seem to be discoloration on the lining of the tie, but this it just because the fabric is slightly see through and you are seeing the other side of the tie slightly.
