ersis @sandrahall345 I feel the leather is 'stiff' enough to hold its shape but not hard. Not sure if that helps answer your question.

ersis @sandrahall345 I added a couple of more photos. Shoes have never been worn. They were a gift from my husband, purchased on a business trip but unfortunately the size is wrong for me. This is the reason I'm selling them.

ersis @sandrahall345 I know they were purchased from Saks 5th Avenue but don't have the receipt or kept the box. I only kept the dust bag. I do understand your concern but apologies not sure how to prove to you they're authentic. Not sure if that is a style number or serial number, that's the only number on them that I can see.
