Stella McCartney peach peekaboo blouse size small

No size tag but size small, peachy in colour. Peekaboo material with higher collar. 3/4 sleeves. Backside has button closure from top of neckline to bottom of short, 7 total. The second button from top, the loops thread seems to be loosening (see pics).
