Stella Tweed Floor Length Dress

black and white vertical stripes, floor length, with front leg slits on both sides. Built in spandex shorts underneath. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. No pockets :( Kind of a weird material, not soft fabric, however very light and airy and makes a fantastic summer dress! Bought from Value Village, already second hand. I am 5'6" and fit a size small/xs so I found the dress a little bit too long, and the built in shorts very baggy.
