Stella Tweed Hi-Lo Black and Blush Dress

Stella Tweed Hi-Lo Dress. Top is a strapless, sweetheart, black leather like look with studded accent detail. There has been a back panel added to the dress; to cover a back cut out. This could be removed and returned to it's original state if desired (see picture). The bottom is a blush colored flowy skirt. Size XL. Worn twice.
