I’m 5’2” and it was pretty long even with my 2 inch heels. Would work for someone 4’10” to 5’5” I think. (Depends on shoe height also)
Has an American bustle. Unlike some American bustles, this has multiple points along the waistline at the back to bustle for a lighter bustle.

Nothing a good dry cleaning wouldn’t fix just because when we left the ceremony it was wet outside! Very very minimal
