Stellar Cosmetics glow setting powder

Stellar Cosmetics Glow 02 setting powder is described as a “translucent golden finishing powder”. This product is new but part of the seal came undone so there is some loose powder in the container. I’m not 100% sure if this is full sized as it came as part of a set.
