Soft, rich black pleather pants made in Ottawa, Canada. Features a cropped length and side zipper with a statement button. Purchased from Ottawa boutique Twiss and Webber. I had never heard of the designer but fell in love with the fabric and fit! Tag doesn’t include size but based on the size chart I’d say they’re the XS or small. Inseam 23 inches, waist flat measurement 14 inches, no stretch to this fabric but hip and leg width are quite wide
