Original painting by Ontario-based artist Stephen Gillberry. Measures 12.5 x 12.5 inches. Stephen is an Ontario-based artist, who spent over 20 years developing his own unique style of painting. While painting mainly in acrylic, he has experimented with colour and texture in an effort to capture the beauty and spirituality of natural elements. Isolating various elements found in nature, Stephen incorporates their essence into abstract and impressionist compositions, creating a body of work that transcends language and invokes a sense of wonder. Layers of paint and texture engage the viewer who is invited to bring their own perceptions to the artwork.
