Sterling Silver Diamond Cluster Ring, size 7.75

Vintage/Retro Sterling Silver Ribbed Cutout Diamond Cluster Ring Size 7.75 would make a beautiful engagement ring. There are 9 diamonds, 6 around the outside circle and 3 around the center. What a unique vintage ring! I can't find another like it. There is some sort of makers mark in addition to 925. 2.9 grams. Packaged in a beautiful ring box for gift giving.
