Sterling silver necklace with a large pendant

Beautiful necklace with a large pendant The length of the chain is about 21.5 inches The weight of the set is 20 g The pendant is approximately 3 inches x 1.7 inches (at the widest point) It is stamped with 925 and ISRAEL so I assume this is where it was made I don’t think that the stones and pearls are real, probably plastic. Looks like it was hand made. Feel free to ask any questions Probably was made by using a wax cast
