Sterling silver cameo

Beautiful sterling silver necklace with MOP cameo surrounded by rhinestones that are black and gold. Now the flaw at 12 o’clock on the cameo on the outer ring there are two rhinestones slightly larger one of them fell out. It’s not very obvious.
