Card holder with button snap closure and decorative fringe tassel connected with a Steve Madden branded gold tone ring. Loop to attach to the strap of a handbag. This is piece from my favourite Steve Madden bag. It has a leather look but I believe it is a vegan leather. Approximate Measurements 4 in x 3 in Preowned in used condition. Condition Notes: Some discolouration on card holder.
