pegcitycloset @vdbinns The heel is approximately 4”. As for the width do you mean the foot or the calf? I’m don’t have a measurement for either but I think they are regular foot width and I know they are regular calf size as when first bought them I had wider calves and it was hard to get them on.

pegcitycloset @vdbinns sorry for the delay I had to borrow a tape measure. I’m not an expert so I also uploaded a photo but the measurement I took was approximately 7” flat or 14” around.
