Steve Madden boots

Zip up Steve Madden size 6 boot, for narrow foot, 14.5” circumference around leg. 1 1/4” heel. 15.5” tall from sole to top of boot. I have been searching forever for this perfect fit around leg and bought hoping I would fit foot into but did not work out for me, worn once. I would say true to size 6, I wear 6.5.
