Pencil skirt bottom with a tailored cut right at the waist. Sweetheart silhouette with black lace over the shoulders, with beautiful rouche detail. Three buttons on the front, with a tie option as well. and one button closure at the top at the back. Note the imperfection in the lace in the photo where it caught a snag.
