Storm by Cougar Chelsea lug boots/waterproof

Storm by Cougar Chelsea lug boots Slip on Size 9 Black Inside has some minor loose threads. Worn once and in like new condition other than the loose threads inside near edge of soles. I found these abit too loose for me.
