Storm fleece lined rain boots

In fair condition - size says 7M.. but fits like an 8-8.5 Bottom half of boot is rubber - top half is a nylon like fabric With stretch elastic on the back side Boots are dirty but most would clean up fine Some rips on one boot only - does not go through to the inside- it is more of a cosmetic tear (see pictures for a closer look)
