canadawide_liqu @malufredar I can absolutely help. The measurements we have in the listing are just of the pants laying flat from one side to another. So you would have to double the measurement in the listing to figure out what size would be best. If you are a 34" waist all the way around I would say your best size would be a small. I think the medium will be to big for you.

canadawide_liqu @joannelombard I would say take a look at our measurements in the description. They are taken laying flat from side to side so to get a waist measurements x2. These snow pants have Velcro to sinch in the waist if needed so I would say go for the bigger size.
