Straight out of the 80s

Cute short dress with bubble skirt detail. Navy and white lace.I think the accent shoulder padded lace could be removed if you wanted a strapless look. Could use a good steam but no rips or tears. A couple of small stains on underside of skirt. See pictures Go vintage and let loose
