Strapless Black Dress with Chiffon overly with Smocking on Sides

Stunning strapless dress with a chiffon overlay, cross bust detail and smocking on sides for comfort. This has been worn and taken in to fit more like a 22/24, but the stitches can be released failry easily. This dress would be perfect for a bridal party, black tie event, or a very fancy date night! Has been worn, please expect some wear on this dress and as I said it's been taken in but can be easily reversed.
