Strapless Dress with Black Floral Overlay

Strapless sweetheart neckline Monsoon dress. Cream under-layer with sheer black floral pattern overlay. Boning in bodice with some small staining. Side zipper. Option to add straps but there were none when I thrifted it. Also ribbons for hanging but one is ripped. I was very excited about this dress but did not realize it was in UK sizing! Bust: ~17" Waist: 17" Length: 37"
