Strapless Empire Waist Plated Chiffon Dress

**Donating everything soon!!! Make me ANY offer and I'll probably accept it :D Strapless empire waist dress, with flowy pleated chiffon skirt. Upper bodice has black lace overlay and sweetheart neckline. Size Small, woven fabric with little to no stretch. Chest 14.5", waist 13", length is a couple inches above the knee. Dress has silicone grip at the front upper edge, and stiffened boning at side and back side seam (see photo with 2 fingers pointing) for support/to help the strapless dress stay up all night :) Colour is deep forest green (photos look teal).
