preloved in excellent condition has belt loops but missing the belt because I I didn’t like the one it came with and used my own belt it’s lined underneath (but wear white panties because you can see in the sunlight lol) pit to pit 13 inches elastic waist 11 inches (up to 15 inches) length in back 39 inches length in front 28 inches
