Bought in the US when Ann Taylor had great quality attire. Exquisite detailed work on top, mid and bottom: The black stripes are sawn in sheer mesh, but the dress is fully lined and only get a slight sheerness only at the bottom. RARE Cotton/Silk Great Quality Worn ONCE than storage. Perfect Conditions!!! Safety tag still on (pic). The dress is strapless but it has loops for straps (not included) Hanging straps are black (pic) It has a self bra on the bodice with boning and adjustable elastic underneath the chest. The waist is high, defined by mesh and black stripes. The bottom falls round on an A line. Fully lined; side zipper Dress: 55% Cotton 45% Silk Lining: 100% Acetate Mesh: 100% Polyester Measure: Total length: 35” (89 cm) Bodice length: 10” (25cm) Width on the top of the breast: 30” (76cm) it gets slight wider around the chest where the fabric is sawn to accommodate the breast. Bottom skirt width: 64” (164 cm) Made in china Bought this dress cause I could not resist it!! Wore it for only few hours at an event so I could justify the expense. It can be worn with a nice short light open cardigan, a shawl, or a shrug, and a great pair of black heels (if you can walk in them). I hope this dress goes to a good home!!! Asking $75
