Strapless dress.

Perfect vacation dress. Super light and never looks wrinkled. Has boning in the upper portion and is super flattering. Has two loops in the interior if you wanted to turn it into a halter. DOES NOT HAVE STRAP. Sits just above my knees and I am 5'4". There is a tiny stain and I have included in the pictures. I had to search for it. You can not see it unless you are looking for it.
