Strapless dress with embroidered design

Beautiful strapless dress with embroidered design on the neck piece. Blue and white design pattern fabric and pretty button up on the back. Good pre-owned condition- The lining inside is a little more beige/yellow-ish around the edges like the neck piece and the inside lining (shown in the pictures), and a tiny tear around the buttons (lining and outside) Loved that dress, it’s just a little too short for me (I’m 5,11). Size 38 European like a Medium US. Waist: 14inch Length: 27-28inch
