Strapless guess vintage white ruched dress size 8

I had this sitting in my closet for so many years. I never got the chance to ever wear it and so I’m letting it go it’s a beautiful strapless ruched dress it has a silicone lining around the top to help hold up the dress it’s very soft light weight an extremely stretching the tag says size 8, but it fit me and i am larger than that measurements are shown on the pictures
