Strapless teal tulle formal dress

Worn as prom/grad dress. Size medium but was tailored in to fit a little smaller. Measurements are as follows: bottom of waist seam to seam 36cm Top of bust seam to seam 40cm Skirt length 48cm Dress was worn once. Not yet dry cleaned. Been hung or carefully folded. Comes with detachable spaghetti straps. One snap needs to be sewn on to strap. Also comes with matching shawl/scarf.
