Strappy buckle flats with cut out toe and sides

Black pointed toe flats with cut out at toes and sides and ankle straps. Worn about 5 times. Small scuff on right shoe shown in picture. Size 38 EU (7.5). I wear a 7.5 in almost all shoes and these fit perfectly.
