Streetwear Society ~ navy and white dress

This dress is eye catching. It’s navy and white floral. The sleeves have elastics on the wrist. There is a tie at the front at the neck. The waist is fitted with a rouched thick elastic waist band. It’s a dress you could wear white sneakers with for a more casual look or heels/sandals to dress it up. It’s very pretty and in excellent condition.
