Cute ruffle mini skirt with a stretchy waistband and decorative tie strings (not drawstrings), made of textured white cotton. Bought from a boutique in China and likely fits US XS-S. - Built-in sheer safety shorts - Side pockets! - Skirt itself is 100% cotton - Inner shorts are 100% polyester EUC - only flaw is slight fraying at the ends of the tie strings.
