Stretchy Black belt

I don't remember the brand or where I got it I never actually wore it, so it hasn't been stretched at all size small, but it obviously stretches (I'd say no larger than a 26 inch waist or it will be too tight) 3 inches wide elastic part lying flat, unstretched is about 22 1/4 inch
