Navy blue heart print skater dress. Soft, stretchy jersey type fabric, probably a rayon blend or polyester blend. Button detail on one shoulder. Elastic waist. Skirt has a lining. All tags have been removed. In used condition. Fabric is a bit faded throughout. The fabric has light pilling throughout, especially on the sides and around the arms. See photos.
