Stretchy pencil skirt

This beautiful blue and white classic pencil skirt looks great with a white or blue blouse for work or a tank while on vacation. Very good, used condition with no obvious signs of wear. Elastic, waist, fabric has some stretch for a great fit. Waist is 16 inches (measured flat, not around) without stretching. Looks best sitting midrise. Length is 24 inches (about knee length on most). Bundle this with other listings from my closet for additional savings.
