Striking plaid winter coat with cool red belt

This coat is in great preloved condition and will definitely turn heads! There are no fabric composition tags that I can find but my guess is acrylic fibres. Belt may be leather but I can’t guarantee it. Seems like leather to me though. Measurements: underarm to underarm: 18” Length from shoulder to bottom: 26” Fully lined.
